While we live our own lives, we build these little patterns and prisons around ourselves without even acknowledging them. Beliefs, habits, comments, noises. From time to time it’s important to just step out and create a new perspective.
To work inside a strucutre, to be a business human, an entrepreneur, a nomad, a self-employed human. What is better or worse? There is no real answer to that. There is no wrong or right. There are only different human beings. Different profiles and perspectives.
What exactly is not relevant. What is important is truly to be present. Here, and now! At this point only. The projection of the future does not matter, the past even less. The present. A present indeed.
Sometimes we need to lose ourselves a bit to then find ourselves again. And I'm happy to be back. Truly and entirely.
It talks, all the time.If you close your eyes this instant, you feel the pulse of your heart, the intensity of your breathing, the relaxation or tension of each limb. On the mental and corporal plane. Tiredness or energy. Anxiety or serenity. Past, present and future.
Although women have been allowed to work for many decades and the number of women entrepreneurs is growing by the day, it is still a mostly masculine - and sexist - ecosystem. In my opinion the general daily behaviour of the market is still outdated. How many times did I not enter spaces or rooms, where all eyes turned to me
We nourish ourselves with our own thoughts and beliefs. And also of those around us. Family, friendships, relationships in general. What we read, what we study, the environments we choose to be in. We make exchanges. We give a little piece of ourselves, and we also receive something in return. The awareness that you have of yourself in situations or relationships. The perception of your behaviour. I don't see nutrition just as the act of eating something.
